Initially the family members living in the areawill beemployed. Over time, we want to hire physiotherapists, masseurs, sports facilities, 2 cleaners, cooks and a cook’s assistant. Preferred at least secondary education. A great plus will be the knowledge of English language.

Administrative costs – 900PLN
Advertising costs – 500 PLN
The premises of 100m2 with the possibility of expansion and the plot of 1000m2 are owned by AnetaMaciejczyk.
The planned purchase of equipment for rooms, kitchens and sports facilities as well as rehabilitation equipment will amount to about 50 000 PLN.

5.2 Starting capital

The “SHELTER FOR PILGRIM ” agritourism farm will be in 100% funded by companyowner. However, the company will apply for co-financing from the European Funds, too.

5.3 Estimated revenue

A number of studies and observations have shown that tourists are particularly interested in this type of service. The company offers its services both in the summer and winter season, hence the average monthly expected revenue is 6000PLN.
